The work of the legendary American artist, Tom Otterness, recently arrived at the Malborough Gallery at 40 W 57th Street. The 10 bronze sculptures are distributed on the public space between 56th and 57th Street.
You can find more of his work across the city with the three most known spots being the 14th Street Subway Station, the Tom Otterness Playground at 630 W 42nd Street and the Tom Otterness Real World Sculptures at Rockefeller Park. All these exhibits are free and open to the public. The new exhibit will stay in town for the next 6 months or so and the other 3 are permanents.
